FAQ
Tracking, answered
How do I track my APSL shipment?
Enter your reference in the tracking search on this page. APSL tracking recognises ISO 6346 container numbers (like MSKU1234565), 11-digit air waybills (like 176-12345675), courier tracking numbers from DHL, FedEx and UPS, and bills of lading or APSL booking references.
What if my tracking number is not found?
New shipments can take a few hours to appear in carrier systems. If your reference is not found, send your invoice or booking number to ops@apsl.ae or call +971 52 756 4284 — the operations team will locate your cargo and reply with the latest status.
